I just came across a new resource that I thought I'd pass along to all my manufacturing friends. It does cost for suppliers but claims to be FREE for buyers.

 

In a nutshell, buyers create RFQs and suppliers are matched automatically. You then review your quotes and award the job. On the flip side, suppliers create a profile based on a bunch of filter criteria and get email alerts when there is a match. There is also a dashboard that you can log into and see matching RFQs.
