Peachtree's uses a "named user" licensing method. So you aren't just limited to 5 simultaneous users, you are limited to 5 user names. And you can't have the same user name logged in more than once. So if you want users to share licenses, you will have to come up with a method of coordinating user names.
If that becomes too much trouble, you can move up to a 10 user Peachtree Quantum. With Quantum you can license up to 40 users.
