Re: How can I set a custom form or report to use the default printer?

I've never found a way to reset a form to use the default printer.  You can either create a new form or restore a copy from a backup made prior to the change.

Peachtree's backup files are just zip files with the extension ptb.  So you can easily open one with a zip program and copy just the file that you want from it.  All Peachtree forms use the extension .frm.  The first 3 letters tell you what type of form it is (APC for accounts payable check, INV for invoice, etc).  Copy the file you want back to the forms folder in their data path.  If you don't want to overwrite the current form, then just increment the number in the file name to make it unique.

How can I set a custom form or report to use the default printer?

I know that I can change a custom form or report to use a non-default printer by editing the design and selecting a different printer. But if someone's done that and selected their own locally-attached printer, how do I change it so that it'll use each user's default printer again?
