With Sage ACT! 2012, you can connect to Sage Business Info Services for ACT!, a database of 68 million companies and 85 million contacts that will empower you to find new opportunities. Use this rich source of leads to build targeted marketing lists based on the traits of your best customers. You can narrow your prospective leads by specifying criteria and then import[2] leads directly into Sage ACT!. You can also use Sage Business Info Services for ACT! to enhance what you already know about the contacts and companies you work with today for more accurate, up-to-date info, and even faster access to key decision makers.
- Fill your pipeline with highly-targeted prospect lists when you build a list in just a few steps using 40+ search criteria where you can specify location, size, industry, type, people, and more, or conduct a keyword search.
- Find and import[3] key company contacts by importing[4] information about other people that work at a target company—all from the main contact view in Sage ACT! 2012.
- Enhance what you already know about contacts and companies by adding information like a person’s title, biography, job history, company overview, products and operations, key financial data, competitors, and even industry information.
- Be in the know on the latest company news from a variety of news sources, including leading global sources, local publications, trade publications, and market journals.

To set up Sage Business Info Services for ACT!, simply visit the Connections View in Sage ACT! 2012. You’ll find easy instructions to help you activate the service. You can access any of your connected services for Sage ACT! from this view, and you can also import new leads from Sage Business Info Services for ACT! directly from the contact view.
