Payroll package of peachtree

I have never use the payroll package of peachtree.  I just wanted to know if anyone can give me feedback about it.  I have a client that has various categories of payroll  payments to their nurses (assessment visit, regular visit, emergency visit, or on call visit)  It could accumulate to 10 categories for each employee (Nurses).  This is a requirement from Medicare.  Can Peachtree handle this feature?  Please advise
