I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised today when Peachtree Sage CALLED ME because they say my post. They walked me through the deletion and re-install of the payroll part and everything is working fine. Kudos to Peachtree Sage for talking the initiative!!!!! Thank-you!!!!

I finally got through on the phone. Very nice man had to take over my machine, and uninstall then reinstall. he mentioned that I should have just reinstalled the payroll portion, not the whole CD. I hope you finally got through to technical service, they can tell you how to reinstall the payroll portion.

I tried reinstalling with the repair option, since the payroll tax forms would not open. Now as soon as the computer starts up I get an error message that Windows has encountered a problem and Peachtree Account must be closed even before I try to open the program. Now I can't open peachtree at all. I've been on hold for technical service for half an hour yesterday and today. The live chat refers me to technical service, and I can't get to them. I thought I check here, but have not found any answers here either.

When I try to run the quarterly tax reports (Reports/Forms/Tax Forms/Payroll Tax Forms) I get an error message that says "Peachtree Accounting cannot start Help. It is possible that a Help topic is not available for this area." I am not trying to open Help, I am trying to open the payroll form (by clicking on the Preview and Print button at the bottom of the 940 form that comes up in the window). Any suggestions?
