Peachtree doesn't have a special function for making tax payments. Just enter them like any other check through Tasks - Payments or Tasks - Write Checks. For the GL account(s), use the same liability accounts that are used to accrue the taxes on each check.

I hand wrote the check because I couldn't find out how to print it and record it properly.
