Hi,
The "Unable to load vendor library" error encountered when attempting to open a Federal or State Payroll Tax Form can be corrected by performing either of the two:
- Browse to the directory: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Peach\FormViewer and launch Updater2.exe
- Go to http://www.aatrix.com/sagepeachtree and run the Peachtree Signature Ready Forms update
Also, if you are using Peachtree R2009 and after selecting the Payroll Tax Forms wizard the Payroll Tax Form Selector window does not appear, refer to Answer ID 23824.

I get the error message "unable to load vendor library". I have tried the first part of your suggestion. Same problem. What are the names of the files to rename so I can download again?

Try to re-install the Tax Service by double clicking on the Tax2009Jan_xxxx.exe tax service update located in the UPDATES folder located in the Peachtree shared folder. Seemingly a file failed to install correctly during the previous install.
It may be necessary to rename the Tax Service file and to then attempt to download a new copy based on the understanding that the current Tax update file is corrupt.
If Peachtree thinks that the update has been successfully applied then it may be necessary to adjust the Windows Registry to read an older version of the Tax File as being installed, so as to allow the re-download of the tax file. So, try the first suggestion before considering the latter steps here.

When I try to access payroll tax forms, peachtree shuts down. There are no error messages of any kind. Does anyone have a solution for this?
