What is DHS and how do I find the web site? I wasn't on the web site listed. Thanks for your help. This is pertaining to employment form I9.

Joyce, Peachtree does not have the ability to merge records, whether they have activity or not. Your best bet is probably to follow the steps in the newsletter article and mark one as inactive and hide it from lists.

Hi Marilyn, "DHS" refers to the Department of Homeland Security. You can find the I-9 employment verification form and instructions here: www.uscis.gov/i-9

when making a custoomer inactive can the customer be deleted at year end ? I have several customers that I've tried to delete but because there is still an open dollar amount from several yeabe deletrs ago in a ledger file it can't be deleted. how do I accomplish this?

Where can I enter income from sales that come from another program's income analysis(manually)? Could it be entered as a receipt in the Account Register?
